Zappos is a online shoe and clothing retailer that offers not only unbeatable price but also free shipping and return. I’m a fan of Zappos. One of their slogan is Zappos makes shopping easier. But when it comes to its App, I don’t find it easy at all. I was looking for shoes for my little one. But I gave up shopping with the App because of the complex UI and UX.
